Dr. Reed has assisted corporations and organizations to develop training needs for employee training and development, and strategic plans for implementation and organizational support. He has been involved at the local, state and national level in developing and stewarding organizations to manage and support training and development. He has chaired numerous committees and organizations in both the public and private sectors in this arena and a number of those on which he served have won awards and recognition for their contributions.
